After your order is confirmed, Klarna will email payment instructions within two days.
You have 30 days to pay online using a credit or debit card, only after you are satisfied with your order. There are no extra costs.

You can pay immediately at checkout with a debit or credit card, or choose the“Pay later”option. With “Pay later,” you pay for your goods after you receive them, using a credit or debit card. If you cancel or return your order, Klarna will cancel the payment or refund you.

To use Klarna’s “Pay later” options (Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days), you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Eligibility depends on your financial situation, but applying will not affect your credit rating. Please note these are unregulated credit agreements, and borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may impact your financial status and ability to get credit. Terms, conditions, and late fees apply.

Klarna assesses eligibility based on factors like order value, past purchase history, and item availability. To improve your chances, ensure you provide your full name, accurate address details, and shipping information to your registered billing address.

Each order is assessed individually, so past acceptance doesn’t guarantee future offers, and a denial for one order doesn’t mean all future orders will be denied.

Klarna will notify you via email and push notification when a payment is due and when it has been successfully collected. If a payment is collected but you haven’t received confirmation, you can always check your order and payment status by logging in atwww.klarna.com/uk.

Klarna may perform “soft credit searches” that do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Klarna, not other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Lash Press will run credit searches that could impact your credit rating.

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment. Just follow the instructions in this email to pay for your order.

Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due with email reminders. If payment is very late, you will also receive a text or letter. Failing to pay Klarna for your order will affect your credit score.

Once Lash Press confirms they’ve received your returned goods (partial or full), Klarna will send you an updated statement. For a partial return, your payment schedule will be adjusted. For a full return, your statement will be closed, and any collected payments will be refunded, with future scheduled payments canceled.

Once the store registers your cancellation or return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.
