Product & Application

Yes. Lash Press is designed to feel simple from the first use. There’s no glue, no complicated steps, and no need for precise technique. Most customers find they can apply them confidently without needing practice.

Steps for best application:

Clean your natural lashes and eyelids with a non-oily cleanser. Make sure they are completely dry.
Use the applicator to remove a lash cluster from the tray without touching the adhesive.
Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes, close to the lash line (not on the waterline).
Gently press into place with your fingers or the applicator.
Repeat for your desired look.

Place each cluster along your natural lash line, just above the roots. Press gently to secure.

No. They are designed to be applied using your fingers. Tools are optional, not required.

No. When removed gently, Lash Press clusters do not damage your natural lashes.

Lash Press clusters are designed for single-day wear. For best results, we recommend applying a fresh set each day.

Orders & Delivery

Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders, with no additional charges at checkout.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, United States, and Europe.

UK orders placed before 15:00 are typically delivered the next business day.

US and Europe orders usually arrive within 3–4 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We’re unable to refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Yes. Your first order is covered by a 30-day trial. If you’re not satisfied after trying the product, contact us to start a return and refund.

Email info@lashpress.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return label.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return has been received and reviewed.

Yes, for first packs under the 30-day trial. We may ask for a photo and review each request individually.

Any other items must be unopened, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
